Abstract

The research aims to identify successful school management properties and to identify the aspects of unsuccessful school management. We adopted the analytical approach and concluded that the successful school management is based on the scientific elements of administration. It deals with the planning, organization, monitoring and evaluation and based on humanitarian and social principles. The characteristics of these tasks are the clear vision and work according to the laws and the consolidation of relations between the employees of an organization and the way to motivate them and coordination, cohesion and deal with the problems. It is finally meaningful, positive, social and humanitarian management that work in order to achieve the goals of the school and the community. In contrast, the unsuccessful administration is characterized by the incapacity to achieve the desired goals, the centralization in decision-making, the autistic behavior, the wrong decisions, the worse organization, the power abuse in execution of laws, the weak human relations, the lack of awareness regarding the social objectives, the preference of the interests instead of principles. These factors lead to the waste of the material and human energies in school. The difference between the two administrations, successful and unsuccesful school administration, is that the first assures the happiness for employees, the school and the community, and the later harms workers and the institutions of the society.

هدف البحث التعرف على خصائص الإدارة المدرسية الناجحة، وعلى مظاهر الإدارة المدرسية الفاشلة، أتبع الباحث في الوصول إلى تحقيق هذا الهدف المنهج التحليلي وتوصل إلى أن الإدارة المدرسية الناجحة، إدارة قائمة على مقومات علمية وهي التخطيط والتنظيم والمتابعة والتقويم، وترتكز على مبادئ إنسانية واجتماعية، ومن سماتها الرؤية الواضحة والعمل وفق القوانين وتوطيد العلاقات بين العاملين في المؤسسة وتحفيزهم والتنسيق والتلاحم والتعامل مع المشكلات، إنها في النهاية إدارة هادفة وايجابية واجتماعية وإنسانية تعمل كل ذلك من أجل تحقيق أهداف المدرسة والمجتمع. وبالمقابل تتميز الإدارة الفاشلة بالعجز في تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة، المركزية في اتخاذ القرارات، عدم الاستماع للآخرين، اتخاذ القرارات الخاطئة، سوء التنظيم، التعسف في استخدام السلطة وفي تنفيذ الأوامر والقوانين، ضعف العلاقات الإنسانية، تصيد أخطاء الآخرين، غياب الوعي بأهداف المجتمع، وغلبة المصالح على المبادئ وغير ذلك، مما يجعل من هذه الإدارة سبب في ضياع وهدر للطاقات البشرية والمادية الموجودة في المدرسة. فشتان بين الإدارتين، الناجحة والفاشلة، فالأولى فخرا للعاملين بالمدرسة وفخرا للمجتمع، والأخرى مضرة بالعاملين وبالمدرسة وبالمجتمع.
