Abstract

This study aimed to shed light on the ethics of administrative work and its impact on the organization's performance from an Islamic perspective. Where the researcher tried to explain the concept of morality in terms of legitimate philosophical dimensions on the one hand, and in terms of it being an individual, social, and human necessity on the other hand. This research comes as a preliminary step to build institutions that respect moral, social, and human values ​​in their practice of administrative work. The researcher followed the inductive analytical approach by adopting ethics in administrative work. The researcher reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the Holy Quran is the constitution of eternal mankind, which the falsehood does not come from between its hands nor from behind it, and it contains strict principles of moral control, These principles are indispensable to a person regardless of the type of organization in which he works or heads and whatever its size, and also that the ethics of administrative work is a set of foundations and rules that the management must adhere to and work according to them.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أخلاقيات العمل الإداري وتأثيرها على أداء المنظمة من منظور إسلامي، حيث حاول الباحث أن يفسر مفهوم الأخلاق من حيث الابعاد الفلسفية الشرعية من جانب، ومن حيث هي ضرورة فردية وإنسانية واجتماعية من جانب آخر، ويأتي هذا البحث كخطوة تمهيدية لبناء مؤسسات تحترم القيم الأخلاقية والاجتماعية والإنسانية في ممارستها للعمل الإداري. واتبع الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي بتبني الأخلاق في العمل الإداري. وتوصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن القرآن الكريم دستور البشرية الخالدة الذي لا يأتيه الباطل من بين يديه ولا من خلفه، وفيه مبادئ محكمة بالضابط الأخلاقي، وهذه المبادئ لا غنى للإنسان عنها مهما كان نوع المؤسسة التي يعمل بها أو يرأسها ومهما كان حجمها، وكذلك أن أخلاقيات العمل الإداري عبارة عن مجموعة من الأسس والقواعد التي يجب على الإدارة التمسك بها والعمل بمقتضاها.
