Pembangunan Instrumen Keberkesanan Kursus Pasca Perkahwinan Islam Terhadap Perhubungan Suami Isteri Di Negeri Selangor

This study aims to develop a measurement instrument assessing the effectiveness of Islamic post-marriage courses among married couples in Selangor. The Islamic Post-Marriage Course is implemented to re-strengthen the relationship between husband and wife and reduce divorce cases in Malaysia. The questionnaire instrument was developed by adapting the Kirkpatrick model, which includes four variables: reaction variables, learning variables, behaviour variables, and outcome variables. The steps in the development of the effectiveness of the Islamic post-marriage course instrument on marital relations include the construction of questionnaire items, expert validation, and pilot studies to obtain the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The results of the statistical analysis for the pilot study show that the overall Cronbach Alpha value for the questionnaire items is .871 which is at an acceptable level (acceptable reliability). The findings of this study found that the questionnaire that has been constructed can be administered to the real sample because all the elements of the items tested through the pilot test have passed the value of alpha coefficient α = >.60. The results of this study can be used as a guide for the Islamic Religious Development Department (JAKIM) in making improvements to the Islamic Post-Marriage Integrated Module and the implementation of courses in the State Islamic Religious Department. This also helps husbands and wives build sakīnah, mawaddah, and rahmah in their families.
Abstrak
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangunkan instrumen pengukuran tentang keberkesanan kursus pasca perkahwinan Islam dalam kalangan pasangan suami isteri di Negeri Selangor. Kursus Pasca Perkahwinan Islam dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengukuhkan semula hubungan suami isteri dan mengurangkan kes penceraian di Malaysia. Instrumen soal selidik dibangunkan dengan mengadaptasi model Kirkpatrick yang merangkumi empat pembolehubah iaitu pembolehubah reaksi, pembolehubah pembelajaran, pembolehubah tingkah laku dan pembolehubah hasil. Langkah-langkah pembangunan instrumen keberkesanan kursus pasca perkahwinan Islam terhadap perhubungan suami isteri merangkumi pembinaan item soal selidik, pengesahan pakar dan kajian rintis untuk mendapatkan kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan soal selidik. Hasil analisis statistik bagi kajian rintis menunjukkan bahawa nilai keseluruhan Cronbach Alpha bagi item soal selidik adalah .871 yang berada pada tahap yang boleh diterima (acceptable reliability). Penemuan kajian mendapati bahawa soal selidik yang telah dibina boleh ditadbir kepada sampel sebenar kerana keseluruhan elemen item yang diuji melalui ujian rintis telah melepasi nilai pekali alpha α = >.60. Hasil kajian ini boleh dijadikan panduan kepada Jabatan Kemajuan Agama Islam(JAKIM) dalam membuat penambahbaikan Modul Bersepadu Pasca Perkahwinan Islam dan pelaksanaan kursus di Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri serta dapat membantu suami isteri untuk membina sebuah keluarga sakīnah, mawaddah dan raḥmah.
